Our people are absolutely central to our business success and call the HR Help Desk about a range of issues important to them and their employment. Pension, salary, holiday, healthcare - you name it, we hear it. We also support our managers within the firm with any employee related HR enquiry that they may have. Whilst we do not process every request, we are the 'front line’ so you’ll need to listen well, ask the right questions, carefully record the information and work with our internal teams to make it happen. This is all delivered with a focus on giving everyone who contact us a great experience.
Monday - Friday between 8 and 6 (37.5 hours per week)
Flexible on Part Time Hours and Job Share.
To be considered you’ll have a genuine interest alongside some experience in HR. , You may also have experience of dealing with volume calls and enquiries. Working patterns can be flexible but it’s worth thinking about your journey now as we find easy access to the office makes for a happy work life balance and keeps travel costs down.
- Previous HR experience (essential)
- Previous Customer Service experience (desirable)
- Ability to deal with high volume of calls (desirable)

Internal Client Services (ICS) contributes to the success of Deloitte through six departments: Clients & Markets, Finance & Legal, Human Resources, IT Services, Property & Corporate Services and the Shared Services Organisation. There is no such thing as a 'typical’ ICS person or job. The work we do is as varied as our people are diverse: administrators, artwork designers, accountants, advisors, audio-visual technicians, business analysts, building surveyors, bilingual secretaries. ICS teams are based across the UK, Switzerland and India, all sharing a common goal of providing outstanding support to Deloitte and its people.
