They are currently recruiting for an experienced HR & Recruitment Operations Administrator to join their team whilst working from home.
Supporting the Faculty Management team on a temporary basis.
The Faculty Operations Administrator will provide proactive support in working with the Faculty Leadership team. Working within the Faculty Office and in close liaison with the Faculty Manager and Faculty Administration Manager, the role holder will be expected to undertake administrative tasks and support Faculty operational activities.
The post holder will support smooth running of the activities within premises of the Business School, contributing to appropriate delivery of various services, maintaining open and collaborative relationships with all colleagues.
This is a wide ranging and versatile opportunity to work with staff leading the academic and operational administration of the School including HR administration including recruitment and diary management.
35 hours per week Monday to Friday working from home and on a rata basis as required for office support.
