What does the role look like?
As the HR Recruitment Coordinator you will look after the recruitment across Europe for our client for a variety of countries including Italy, Spain, Holland, Portugal plus many more. You will look after a 360 recruitment role liaising with line managers to obtain job descriptions and person specifications, advertising the roles through LinkedIn and other online platforms, reviewing CV’s as well as screening and pre interviewing to the line managers specifications. The recruitment aspect will take up roughly 70% of your time managing potentially 10-15 jobs at any one time, the remainder of your time will be spent supporting HR and completing your Admin tasks.
What skills will you have?
You will be an excellent 360 recruiter able to competently carry out the above duties, with ideally some exposure to HR or a want to get involved in this area. You must have excellent English skills first and foremost however any other European language skills would be an added bonus, you will be a great communicator with impressive stakeholder management skills, ultimately being able to effectively manage and control all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be a friendly team player who is a self-starter and happy getting involved in other tasks as and when needed with a positive attitude at all times.
What is on offer?
You will be able to interview and start immediately initially on a 3 month contract with an attractive hourly pay of between £14 and £15 per hour on offer. This is initially a temporary contract but does have scope to go on longer and maybe even permanent too.
