HR Recruitment Advisor

Our client, a leading Third Sector based organisation based in North Birmingham, is looking for a HR Recruitment Advisor for 3 months initially, with possibility for extension.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Managing a high volume of recruitment campaigns of up to 22 at one time whilst building relationships with managers
* Providing advice and guidance to line managers in regards to recruitment and selection, including supporting in the creation of job descriptions and advertisements, shortlisting candidates in line with company guidelines and coordinating the interview process
* Delivering innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates and help develop marketing, branding and attracting strategies
* Guiding managers on how to attract better quality candidates by advising on how to market the roles
* Responsible for creating and updating employee files including creating records on the HR system, producing offer packs for new starters and ensuring completion of the new starter checklist

The successful candidate would ideally have experience of both HR and Recruitment in an in-house capacity
