HR Recruitment Administration Temp

Our client is seeking a candidate to start work immediately on a temporary basis for initially 6 - 8 weeks.

The candidate will have previous HR recruitment experience and an excellent work ethic in order to provide much needed support to the HR Business Partner.

Daily duties;

  • Create / amend job descriptions
  • Advertise new positions
  • Liaise with Managers and organise interviews for both parties
  • Correspond with applicants via letter and telephone
  • Chase for any required information for new starters
  • Process new starters

The candidate will have a pro-active attitude and with the ability to find solutions in order to take work away from the HR Business Partner.

Candidates will ideally have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 3 years. If you do not possess a DBS you will need to sign a declaration that you possess no criminal records / offences and to complete another check whilst your DBS is processed. The cost will likely be incurred by the candidate.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with a pay rate of £10.89 per hour.

Parking is available onsite.
