Reed are working with a leading organisation in the Stirlingshire area who have created a new role in their busy HR team to take on a number of projects across the business.
Working closely with the HR and Resourcing teams you will be responsible for a variety of projects from start to finish including analysis of temporary workforce and process improvement for recruitment. You will work closely with the Project Manager and leaders throughout the business to gather and analyse data and present this back to both senior management and the board giving recommendations for the business.
You will be responsible for:
Gathering and analysing data using Excel
Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings
Preparing various reports and communicating to stakeholders
Supporting in analysing current process in preparation for implementation of the proposal to manage temporary workforce moving forward
Supporting in implementation of the proposal by working closely with Project Manager to ensure that project implementation is delivered as planned
Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues through coordinated record logs updates
Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Supporting the Project Manager by providing quality MI data which measures and reports on project performance
Maintaining and monitoring project schedule, matrix & tracker, in line with agreed timescales and objectives

In order to be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a project coordinator/data analyst or similar role within a fast-paced team environment, strong excel skills, great attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
There will be occasional travel with this role and the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.
