The organisation are currently going through a significant period of change and the successful candidate be a key member of the team who will transform and support the organisation to achieve its innovative and ambitious strategic goals. You will lead the HR Services Project and will help to shape the structure, organisation and ultimately successful delivery.
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of leading large and complex HR projects and organisational change.
You will assume responsibility for the HR Project, ensuring it is delivered on time and to budget and meets set organisational objectives.
You will agree the scope, set goals, and have accountability for ongoing reporting of the project to other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a practical understanding of different project management methodologies, be very analytical and be an expert planner. You must also be a first rate communicator and have excellent relationship building skills.
