Handle have partnered with a luxury fashion company based in Central London who are looking for a HR Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
If you are a strong HR Generalist with previous experience working on employee engagement initiative or a HR project Manager then this is an incredible opportunity to join an iconic and prestigious company.
Initially you will join the business and support with a large-scale employee engagement project so you must have experience managing an employee engagement survey before as you will tender the process to ensure you partner with the right supplier to get the best survey for a good price and that will provide all the information and data analytics in order to create a strong engagement initiative.
You will manage and lead on everything from deciding how to collate the information, to how the company will analyse the info and utilise all the findings to create a bespoke and phenomenal engagement initiative.
- Manage the engagement initiative end to end
- Lead on projects around global mobility, succession planning and talent mapping
- Play a key role in the success and development of reward and recognition initiatives across the company
- Partner with the group functions side of the business and provide strong generalist support and expertise
