HR Project Assistant
Are you looking for a career in HR Projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience in a large organisation until the end of 2018. Supporting our HR Project Managers, you will help deliver on a number of medium to large scale projects, gaining exposure to multiple operating companies, such as Innogy Business Services and npower, working primarily on restructures and TUPE transfer activity.
As the Project Assistant, you will own, ensure quality and process HR Project information and data required to deliver multiple projects and update HR and business teams as required, ensuring set deadlines of a project are met. Being proactive and a good communicator is vital to this role as you will be preparing business cases, project plans, communications as well as being responsible for maintaining and providing a robust operational Management Information (MI) to stakeholders across the business.
As our business is going through an exciting transformation, this role can give you some invaluable experience of projects in a HR environment, as well as having the opportunity to have an impact and suggest improvements to our current processes.
What we are looking for
Ideally, you will have a background or knowledge of HR and experience of working on HR Projects. Alternatively, be working towards CIPD or Prince2, with the desire to start a career in HR Projects. You will need to be organised and able to multitask as you will be supporting more than one project at a time. Having experience in a large organisation would be desirable but this is not essential.
