HR/Payroll Assistant

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an HR/Payroll Assistant to join a warm, welcoming and friendly team. Based just outside of Nottingham city centre, easily commutable from West Bridgford, Carlton, Arnold, Burton Joyce and Bingham.

Working as part of the HR team, the HR/Payroll Assistant will be the first point of contact for pay related queries. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all payroll data is inputted accurately and in line with deadlines
  • Assisting with the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
  • Helping to process new starters
  • Keeping the HR & Payroll database up to date with information such Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and sick pay.

Experience of working with multiple payrolls would be advantageous.
