Do you have a passion for Payroll and want to make a difference?
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join us as we implement a new Payroll system. This is a great opportunity to make your mark and take the lead on a high profile project for a large organisation and to work with a market leading Payroll system.
Reporting to the Head of UK Payroll, you will solely work on Project activity, partnering with colleagues and teams in the HR Service Centre, our Finance department and our HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth transition to a new system.
Working in an agile environment, with the flexibility to work from home, you will also have the opportunity to travel to other sites in the UK to partner with the business, as the project takes shape. Although this is a contract for 2 years, there could be a permanent opportunity at the end of the contract.
What we are looking for
It is essential that you have extensive SAP experience and have a background in a medium to large organisation, consisting of 5,000+ employees. As you will be taking the lead on multiple projects, working with a number of key stakeholders, you will need strong project management skills and able to work and communicate effectively at all levels.
You will also have knowledge of payroll legislation, including an awareness of future changes and the possible impact of these on our payroll function.
Why you should apply
With a salary up to £47,000, you will also receive a 10% bonus opportunity, private healthcare cover, company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and free access to our on-site gym.
