HR & Payroll Administrator

Adecco Preston are recruiting for a EXPERINENCED HR & Payroll Administrator to work for a business located in Leyland, Preston.
The role includes working with an established team sharing some of the responsibilities of the role.
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will have a vast knowledge of HR policies & procedures and payroll.
Upto £24k

The role includes working with an established team sharing some of the responsibilities below.

*Updating HR files and time keeping management
*Issuing letters for disciplinary and warning letters
*Inputting Payroll onto Opera.
*Attending and taking minutes for the monthly meetings
*Inputting Accounts onto Opera 2/Opera 3
*Inputting orders onto the ERP system
*Accounts invoices - Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
*Credit Control
*Taking and dealing with customer calls
*Dealing with a switchboard
*Ordering Stock.

Essential experience
* Working with Payroll
* Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures

Desirable experience
* Use of Opera 2/3
* Minute taking
* Taking orders over the phone

Hours
8.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs,8.30-4pm Fri
