Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will have a vast knowledge of HR policies & procedures and payroll.
The role includes working with an established team sharing some of the responsibilities below.
*Updating HR files and time keeping management
*Issuing letters for disciplinary and warning letters
*Inputting Payroll onto Opera.
*Attending and taking minutes for the monthly meetings
*Inputting Accounts onto Opera 2/Opera 3
*Inputting orders onto the ERP system
*Accounts invoices - Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
*Taking and dealing with customer calls
*Dealing with a switchboard
* Working with Payroll
* Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
* Use of Opera 2/3
* Minute taking
* Taking orders over the phone
8.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs,8.30-4pm Fri
