A market leading retailer that has been around for the past 40 years is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to assist with the every growing HR department.
Your new role
Your new role will have a strong focus on the payroll aspect, where you will be processing a monthly payroll, inhouse for around 400 employees. This will involve manual calculations, dealing with pensions and a strong attention to detail. You will also be heavily involved in supporting the HR team as a generalist, and be involved with employee relation queries, policies and the on boarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will have experience of the end to end payroll process for a similar head count. You will be experienced in HR processes and have a good understanding of HR best practice. You will be confident with excel and have a good attention to detail.
