Your new role
In your HR & Payroll position, you will be playing an incremental part with the HR department. You will be responsible for processing the companies payroll from start to finish (600 employees) on a monthly basis. You will also be supporting the HR team with general administration and assisting with the setting up of new starters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience processing payrolls from start to finish. You will have experience with a range of payroll systems and understand the workings of an HR database. Experience within an HR function is preferred but not essential.
