Badenoch & Clark have exclusively partnered with a global business based in Sussex to recruit a HR Organisational Development Director on a permanent basis - paying £90-£100k base salary plus an excellent benefits package.

In your role, you will have global responsibility and direct line management for a team of two. In addition, you will be a key member of the HR leadership team and be required to work at both a hands on operational level and strategic level.

Key responsibilities will include:

Design and deliver OD and change management strategies and processes that support the business' high performing objectives.

Implement performance and career development initiatives.

Provide strategic partnering, support and challenge to the business leaders on policies, processes and structures to meet current and future business objectives.

Coach and develop the leadership teams and line manage 2 direct reports.

Support M and A activities for the business.

Identify opportunities for organisation development and performance development/improvement through internal diagnosis and process/system reviews.

Develop Learning & Development and Succession plans and partner with the Head of Talent to identify appropriate solutions and strategies to deliver those plans.

Implement Change Management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience of working within a global matrix environment at a senior management level covering organisation development, compensation and benefits, management development and change management.
Significant change management experience working in strategy development and organisational development.
An understanding of P&L and Balance Sheets.
Very high energy and motivation levels.
Creative, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
Commercial acumen.
Resilient and able to deal with conflicting demands and determine own priorities.
Ability to build support from non-direct reports in order to successfully achieve goals.
