Macmillan Davies are supporting their multinational client in recruiting for a HR Ops/Systems Coordinator to join their shared services team based in North Manchester.

Following a period of change, there is a need to appoint an individual with strong HR systems experience to complement the existing team. Areas of responsibility will include:

*Process mapping and system improvements
*Assisting to move from paper based to electronic and automated systems
*Monitoring SLAs within the team and monitor quality
*Liaising and engaging with internal stakeholders
*Supporting the wider HR team with projects
*Problem solving, identifying root cause and making suggestions for improvement
*Senior HR Administrative activities

This role is suited to a HR systems-savvy individual that enjoys exploring the detail and is a completer/finisher. The ideal candidate will bring experience of assisting with projects relating to HR systems/process improvements. You will be joining a lively, friendly team working in a relaxed and flexible working environment.
