HR Operations Specialist

REED is looking for an English speaker with previous experience in human resources for our client, an American company operating a well-known employment website. This vacancy is in their team in Brno, Czech Republic. Our client offers above-standard salary and stable teams.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Being the first point of contact for employees
• Responsibily for documentation of all HR actions
• Cooperation with HR Business Partners, IT Recruiters and other departments
• Monitoring the attandance, vacation, absences, payroll calculation support
• Providing reports

We are looking for:
• Fluent knowledge of English and Czech/ Slovak
• Previous experience within human resources from a large company
• Experience in administrative work – data entry, managing data driven report processes
• Computer literacy, strong knowledge of MS Excel, preferably also Access
• Customer and detail oriented person
• Ability to meet deadlines, comfortable with multi-tasking
