My client is a market leader within the rail industry who manufacture safety critical engineered products to various blue-chip customers throughout the world including OEM’s.
Due to a recent restructure within the business, they are now looking to recruit an HR Operations Manager to strengthen the HR team. This is a newly created role, which will report directly into the Lead HR Business Partner within the business.
Within the role you will be responsible for ensuring a quality HR service to the organisation as well as driving a culture of continuous improvement. This will involve liaising with various HR BP’s within the company, ensuring they have the data and time to support their business areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the business and be the project lead in the roll out of a new HR system within the UK.
Therefore, previous experience with systems, reporting, data analysis and manipulation, and the employee lifecycle are a must within the role.
Skills Experience/Required for the role are:
- Educated to degree level/CIPD qualified preferred
- Excellent IT systems knowledge with previous experience of SAP HR a great advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent line management and coaching skills
