HR Operations Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an innovative and market leading commercial organisation based at their offices in central Essex. This is a newly created role, to manage, improve and take accountability for all aspects of HR Operations, data reporting and transactional HR activities.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Leading the HR Operations team
• Creating a culture of high performance
• Introducing new processes and procedures to implement best practice across the HR function
• Streamlining processes to avoid duplication and improve outputs
• Setting key performance indicators for the team to align with business objectives
• Ensuring the continued accuracy of all HR files and systems data
• Responsibility for ensuring HR Systems are developed and utilised to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for HR systems
• Overseeing all aspects of HR MI and data reporting
• Leading on and participating in many key HR projects

The person

• Strong experience of leading an HR Operations function in a commercial business
• A Passion for HR Systems, data and processes
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Proven experience of leading a team
• Strong analytical and data management skills
