An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR officer to join a leading law firm on a permanent part time basis. The successful candidate will be required to work two or three days per week and will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of HR related tasks. This is an office based role however there will be flexibility to work from home on certain occasions.

Daily duties will include maintaining employee records, assisting with salary, benefits and changes in employment legislation, acting as a point of contract for new joiners and leavers as well as recruitment coordination and general support to the wider HR function.

Applicants will have gained previous experience of working in a HR department within a law firm or professional services environment. You will possess first class organisational and administrative skills coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality. CIPD qualifications are highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
