Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client in Scotland for H.R Officer to work on an immediate basis. This is a fully remote role running up until October 2022, likely to extend past this an additional six months.
The role of a H.R Officer would include:
Leading on related organisational development activity to support the clients Recruitment, Resourcing and Workforce Planning and to support all HR and people aspects of review following the recent report recommendations.
The candidate will also be required to build relations with HR Resourcing and ensure smooth linkage between HR and is achieved to enable the organisation to deliver its strategic objectives. This post is business critical to the functioning of an efficient and effective HR team.
The role requires an individual who will ensure consistency with the clients policies and approaches across and who is equipped and able to support the changing needs of the organisation, at pace, while delivering an effective customer service.
- CIPD accredited possessing current, relevant experience within Human Resources - in particular handling employee relations cases.
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills with experience of working successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
