Client Details

Public Sector organisation are recruiting for a HR Officer role to join their growing business.


As a HR Officer you will be the point of contact in the business for all HR matters

  • Employee Relations cases
  • Recruitment
  • Upskilling, coaching and guiding managers
  • Stakeholder relationships
  • Employee Engagement
  • All aspects of HR


The ideal candidate will have / be:

  • Graduate in HR and working towards CIPD qualification
  • Sound previous general experience of HR and/or administration
  • Strong IT skills, skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel packages and experienced in working with HR packages /databases.
  • Excellent written/spoken English, additional language a bonus
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to cope with a fast pace of change and in peak periods of workload
