Some of the skills they require are -
- Supporting Employee Relations cases along, minute taking and advising managers
- Leading on minor E.R issues, more simple casework
- Updating policies and procedures, updating templates and letters for HR correspondance
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff, including inductions, interview coordination and compliance checks
- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Ad-Hoc Administration
CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent experience.
