Excellent HR Officer opportunity available on an Interim basis for 6 - 9 months working for a leading public sector organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Provide advice and guidance to Managers and staff on HR processes 
* Manage and implement resource management processes 
* Dealing with Employee Relation Issues including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and capability 
* Sickness absence management 
* Contribute to the planning and successful implementation of change initiatives 
* Deal with change management, restructures and TUPE 

Experience and Skills required:

* CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum 
* Experienced HR generalist 
* Experienced in dealing with complex Employee Relation Issues 
* Experience of restructures and TUPE
