HR Officer

Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with this fast paced, rapidly expanding business based in Bristol to find a passionate, talented and progressive HR Officer.

Based near Temple Meads and supporting a growing business (currently 50+ employees), the HR function is small team but, due to the demanding pace, is high performing, globally focused and very much involved in the business; from engagement to capability, to supporting customer delivery.

Thanks to their continued success, they're looking for a talented individual to directly support the Head of HR - An experienced HR Officer, preferably with strong all-round generalist experience.

This diverse role will see you; coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding for both UK and US employees, (including managing all items on the associated checklists, capturing relevant employee data and handling multi-national employee induction meetings / exits interviews). You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from advert to induction, supporting hiring managers, working with candidates and agencies and manging the offer / rejection processes, whilst ensuring an excellent candidate journey throughout) and supporting the Head of HR with all generalist day to day activities; Employee Relations, the probationary process, annual performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, multi-national benefits administration, policy reviewing, HR project research / development and, assisting in tracking and updating HR metrics related to turnover, retention, headcount, recruitment, and HR budget related items. Plus any other HR related projects, as and when directed!

The right candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, have excellent follow-up and follow-through (good pace and sense of urgency) and strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates will need to have completed or be well underway with their CIPD Level 5 qualification (or have a degree in HR) coupled with 3+ years in busy HR Administrator (or higher) role, supporting a Head of HR in a full generalist capacity.

Exposure to recruitment would be a distinct advantage. The ability to work largely unsupervised, whilst adhering to strict timelines, sometimes under significant pressure is essential.
