HR Officer

I am urgently seeking an HR Officer for a client in Esher. This is a non-profit organisation which has been voted one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to Work For. This role is 9-5, paying £25,000-£26,000 plus benefits which include: generous annual leave, flexible holiday, life assurance, pension and a ride to work scheme.

In this role you will provide a comprehensive generalist administration and advisory service to managers across the company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Helping to coordinate recruitment processes
- Absence management
- Payroll liaison
- Employee relations, TUPE and general advice and support on a wide range of matters
- General administration
- Other duties as reasonably requested

The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous experience of working in an admin or HR role
- Have a friendly, professional attitude and the confidence and experience of working with a range of people in a multi-site environment
- Have a Level 3 CIPD qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- Possess effective IT skills and have experience with HR Information systems
- Be an excellent communicator and team player, who takes pride in providing high quality support and advice
- Be able to successfully balance their workload to meet deadlines and targets
