A London based global media organisation who are currently going from strength to strength and have ambitious growth plans. They are already well established and have headquarters in London. Following a recent acquisition of another media business, they are seeking an ambitious and high performing HR Officer to join their business at this exciting time.
Your new role
As HR Officer, within your new role in London, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate advice and support to employees, managers and key stakeholders. In your latest role, you will be accountable for delivering timely and precise advice to the entire business, enveloping all employees, key stakeholders and also management staff. Your support of the business will involve assisting with generalist HR Officer duties, payroll and administration, the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as maintaining and updating policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to be an experienced HR Generalist/Officer in a Small to Medium sized organisation, ideally degree or CIPD qualified. Based in London, you will have worked in a similar level role with the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, have exemplary communication skills and be very organised in order to work in this fast paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential and other systems knowledge advantageous.
