We are looking for an ambitious and driven Part-time HR Officer to take the next step in their career by joining our successful and growing company.
This is Maternity cover role with the posibility of a pernament contract.
Location – this is an area - based role covering our venues between Warwickshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. You will also be required to work out of our Head Office in Tring when needed. Level of flexibility is required.
What does the role entail?
This HR Officer role will be a very varied position where you will support a friendly, dynamic and productive HR Team with a variety of project work, as well as the General Managers with onsite team administration. Attracting talent would be a primary objective for this role combined with supporting our growth of new sites. You will support the HR Manager in regard to ER matters with a view of further developing in this field.
What skills will you have?
You will have working HR experience and ideally have the groundings in all the areas above. You must have an outgoing personality, be a team player, adaptable, driven, a multi tasker and able to prioritise. You must possess good initiative and attention to detail whilst striving to create great working relationships with your colleagues. You would ideally have CIPD Level 5, equivalent or working towards CIPD Qualification. This is not a 9-5 office role and would suit those wishing to work flexible hours.
