My Client, a Global Law firm who are consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a HR Officer/Adviser to join their dynamic team in their London office. The role acts as the first point of contact for all HR related matters.

The duties include full involvement in resourcing, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Rewards, Policies and Procedures, Learning & Development and HR Administration.

Required skills/attributes

*Experience working in an HR department at a medium-to-large sized organisation
*Well-developed interpersonal, professional and communication skills
*HRIS experience, preferably PeopleSoft
*CIPD Qualification
*Thorough knowledge and awareness of latest developments in Employment Law
*Strong Client management skills and comfortable dealing with all levels of staff
