Working for a well-established logistics organisation which has been operating for over 100 years, you will be part of a family and comfortable environment. The role is working in a small team of HR Officers, reporting to the Personnel & Training Director.
Your new role
Within this role, your main day to day duties will include providing advice, guidance and support to managers over the phone and face to face, Checking all employee relations letters for legal compliance, Designing and delivering HR related training and Writing, reviewing and implementing HR policies.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will be CIPD level 5 or equivalently qualified, have strong HR generalist background and strong employment legislation knowledge. Experience in either retail, manufacturing, wholesale would be an advantage but is not essential.
What you'll get in return
This role is full time, 8.30 - 5 Mon - Thurs and 8.30 - 4pm on a Friday. You will be provided with free park and have access to an onsite canteen and kitchen facilities. This role is paying up to £15,000 dependent on experience.
