HR & Office Manager - Barnet - up to £30,000

Part time Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Thursday (30 hours per week)

Our client are looking for an experienced Office Manager to help with the setup of their new office and to lead the HR activities and work with senior management on key decisions.

Our client are based in Barnet but this position will primarily be working from home.

This will also involve some office management and admin support.

HR & Office Manager - What will I be doing?

  • You will be managing all recruitment activities from hiring through to on boarding and beyond
  • Managing all HR related documents, including employee performance reviews
  • Manage company benefits programmes
  • Understanding of HR laws and disciplinary procedures

A part of the role will be to provide general office administrative support of daily operations HR & Office Manager.
