Job Role

The role is responsible for creating all HR reporting packs and metrics and carry out management information reporting for the HR function

  • Produce reliable and comprehensive tailored metrics reports Headcount/FTE/Turnover/Absence data and cost/starters/leavers/recruitment
  • Ensuring maintenance of all personnel information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR Management reporting on a quarterly and monthly basis
  • Reviewing management information key trends, and providing business insights
  • Maintain dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Extract and cleanse raw data and manipulate it into meaningful measurements
  • Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to help to improve the quality of data
  • Systems administration tasks, including, data cleanse and work flow design.
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports and MI to deadlines
  • To undertake appropriate project work to support the activities of the HR functionYour skills and experience
  • Previous experience of combining data from separate systems is essential
  • Experience of using Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups formulas, graphs) to produce reports and analyse data is essential
  • Strong technical skills, with particular proficiency in Excel. Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • A high standard of oral and written communication and demonstrate problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to extract data from a HR System and manipulate it to produce meaningful reports
