HR MI Reporting Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Link Asset Service’s HR Operations team at their site in Leeds. As an MI Reporting Analyst in the HR Operations team, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and HR Direction to ensure all reporting is delivered accurate and on target to their SLAs.

Start date: Asap for an initial 3-6 month duration.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Hours will be between 8am and 6pm, 7.5 hours a day
Location:  Arlington Business Centre, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, LS11 0PA

What being an MI Reporting Analyst involves:
• Generating and delivering reporting requirements in a timely manner. Reports will include: Headcount/FTE reports, Business Area reports and any other ad hoc reporting.
• Support development requests for reporting, being able to prioritise with stakeholders is a must as well.
• Support the team with scheduling of reporting.

This role will suit you if you can demonstrate the following:
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills is required. You must be able to demonstrate this from previous experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience working with manipulating data. This must be shown from previous work experience.
• Knowledge of HR is advantageous but not essential.
• VBA knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience of managing sensitive data is ideal.
