The Opportunity

This role will act as a trusted partner to senior business leaders, supporting strategic priorities while ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations across multiple teams. The HR Manager will work across a wide range of activities, including organisational design, employee relations, talent management, and change delivery. The position also offers the chance to lead and mentor a small HR team, driving continuous improvement and contributing to firm-wide HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Advise on change management, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Support workforce planning, salary and bonus reviews, and annual appraisal processes.
  • Lead HR initiatives and contribute to global people projects and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams (Talent, L&D, Inclusion, and Recruitment) to deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insight and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Coach and support senior managers, ensuring consistent and effective people practices.

About You

You will have the following experience:

  • Substantial HR experience at Manager level within Professional or Financial services.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and experience supporting organisational change.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, commercial approach with a passion for delivering results.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
