HR Manager- Adult Mental Health
Up to £35,000 pa, plus benefits
Based at the office full-time
Compass Corporate Services are partnered with a growing family-owned care provider across Kent, supported adults with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses within supported living environments and residential, regulated by the CQC.
Reporting to the Senior Management team, a 'hands on', very operational and strategic HR Manager will oversee all functions within the HR department, managing a small team. Playing an integral part in developing processes which support the company to continue to first in class within the sector.
Oversight of the HR Department, including all HR related activity and line management of the HR team
Management of employment recruitment functions, from on-boarding to exit
Maintain accurate employee records, compliant with CQC requirements
Oversee all ER processes, in line with Company policies
Work alongside senior staff on projects involving policies and procedures and commercial needs of the business ie Managing Agencies, Job Adverts Analysis Spend Analysis
Key Skills and Experience Required
Experience working within Healthcare, ideally mental health or heavily regulated sector
Active CIPD member, Level 5 minimum
Experience or awareness of the care sector and the CQC is desired not essential
Managed a small HR team
Excellent communication skills, act with integrity
