Our market leading client is looking to appoint a HR Manger to lead a team of HR Business Partners within a multi-site organisation. The key responsibilities for this role are to work closely with key stakeholders within corporate functions, HR Specialists, other locations HR Managers and Shared Services. You will manage change and inspire people in the face of challenging circumstances whilst supporting the Senior Management Team in the development and implementation of the Business Unit and organisational people strategy. Other key accountabilities will include;

Support the tracking and measurement of key people performance metrics and KPIs.

Work with fellow HR Managers to share best practice and strive for continuous improvement.

Actively engage with the Local Trade Union representatives to maintain the relationships.

Ensure leadership strategy is executed to meet the business priorities.

Manage the effective delivery of talent management initiatives and ensure that succession plans and workforce plans for key roles are in place to mitigate risk.

Work with the business to ensure a fit for purpose organisational structure exists.

The successful candidate will have a track record of managing HR teams in operational environments. Working within complex organisations is advantageous, as is proven experience of delivering high quality HR generalist support, utilising your extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. You will be able to build strong and productive relationships at all levels within the HR function and across the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence others whilst giving examples of strong resilience in the face of challenge.
