The role reports to the MD of the site and has the support of the head office HR team based out of the local area. Working stand alone with the support of a HR Coordinator, you will enjoy managing the day to day HR, as well as developing your own HR projects and initiatives.
Your remit will include:
Developing the employee engagement survey and findings
Creating manager tool kits and delivering training
Managing recruitment campaigns
Delivering performance development reviews
Managing ER case work
Overseeing the H&S (this experience is not essential)
Managing GDPR requirements
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will actively attend the quarterly meetings , raising the HR agenda and discussing how you will partner and support the business needs and challenges.
You will be operating at HR Manager level at the moment, ideally in a stand-alone role with previous management experience.
Software development, technology or engineering experience would be a real advantage for this role.
You will be able to challenge appropriately, influence in the right way and have commercial business acumen.
