Ardingly College are seeking to appoint an HR Manager to lead and develop a forward-thinking, comprehensive and effective HR service to staff and managers.

The successful candidate will be a CIPD professional and have experience in leading a small team. They will be keen to develop a collaborative and proactive HR service that will add value in this period of extensive organisational growth.

The post holder will manage the HR Officer and HR Assistant, overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring data is accurate and compliant, leading the recruitment process and performance development processes and providing specialist HR advice and support as required.

This role is ideally full-time, working 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday, for 52 weeks per year. Part-time applications will be considered. The FTE Salary is £47,535 per annum.
