Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a growing, national organisation!
The role will involve the overall strategic management of the people function within the business, providing advice and guidance to the Directors and Senior Management Team. While naturally the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the provision of an HR service to the business including management of disciplinary and grievance processes, this is a role that transcends the duties of a traditional Personnel Manager.
We are seeking a credible individual who will challenge and positively impact decision making across the business, always with a commercial focus at heart.
The HR Manager will take overall responsibility for people strategies, with a focus on performance management & appraisal, retention, engagement and EVP initiatives.
Confident provision and presentation of accurate data and reporting to the board will be essential, along with an ability to give and accept professional, constructive feedback.
The Ideal Candidate:
In order to be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have proven experience at HR Manager level preferably gained within a high paced, entrepreneurial environment. A positive, motivational approach is essential, as is demonstrable experience in the above areas supported by CIPD qualification.
An in depth knowledge of TUPE is a core requirement, as is a history of working with leadership teams to shape strategy.
