This award-winning, multi-sited organisation is seeking a confident generalist HR Manager in a new created role to cover a small number of local sites in Kent.
The role encompasses employee relations, advising management on HR policy, through grievance and disciplinaries, recruitment and training. The role will also be key in organisational change and HR projects.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification, happy to travel to local sites and have a strong, working understanding of employment laws - ideally gained within a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role.
The role requires confidence, initiative and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively.
