My client a distribution company is seeking an HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the MD duties will include:

* Managing Employee Relations cases
* Recruitment
* Managing HR Advisor
* Reporting to MD on risk and minimising this as much as possible
* Coaching on correct HR policy and procedure
* General HR Duties

The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience at a Senior Level and be strategic in their approach. Manufacturing/Distribution experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
