The role is a true HR generalist position, working closely with the Head of HR to manage the day to day HR activities in London (Circa 80) and 2 further sites in the North of England (Circa 50 people). You will also support the Head of HR with initiatives across their network of European offices.
The role offers a mix of operational HR tasks as well as strategic projects. The areas of focus include; talent management, L&D, ER, recruitment, graduate hiring, and working with the business units as needed to relocate staff internationally.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a role that is very broad and has, at times, several competing priories. You will be an experienced HR generalist, and able to demonstrate where you have delivered an exceptional HR service, preferably dealing with senior stake holders on a regular basis in doing so.
A CIPD qualification is preferred.
