Ideal candidate's Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Degree level educated and CIPD Level 7 qualified
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Experience in a generalist HR role
Knowledge of regulations such as ISI, KCSIE,CQC, safeguarding etc.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Liaising with and advising managers of all HR issues
Up to date HR knowledge
Recruiting, advertising roles and interviewing candidates
Liaising with Finance department
