Our client is looking for a driven, motivated individual to work as a standalone HR Manager to lead all human resource related activities for the company. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager you will provide advice, strategic vision, coaching and support to all areas of the business.

  • Ensure Business compliance with UK & applicable EU statutes
  • Support the Management team and providing value adding solutions and strategic HR interventions
  • Provide professional HR service across the organisation
  • Provide Advice and support to managers covering a wide range of employee issues
  • Monitor absence and sickness in all areas
  • Provide detailed in-depth knowledge of Hr policies
  • Contribute to the managerial and leadership capability within the organisation
  • Lead the workforce planning process
  • Support managers in developing team structure and job roles
  • Lead on the delivery and maintenance of appraisal training and development reports
  • Deliver KPI’s
  • Support succession planning within all areas of the business
  • Support and assist in Human Resource initiatives and activities for the group

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified to level 5 or level 7 (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working within a HR Generalist role
  • Knowledge of current employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be desirable
