A global pharma company based in West London is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager. This organisation is currently experiencing a period of change as they grow and this is a newly created role in a new structure. The environment and the team will need someone who is hands-on and roll your sleeves up, where you are able to manage a varied workload with competing priorities. You will be the primary interface within the UK business reporting to the Global HR Director.
The role will support the building of this function as part of a wider transformation project and the main accountabilities will include:
*Working closely with HR Director and Senior Business Leaders to provide advice, support and tools to enable managers to effectively manage and develop their teams.
*Supports HRD in project work and HR initiatives
*Managing all Employee Relations matters
*Design, deliver and support training and development programs for employees and managers that grow skill sets, facilitate succession planning and align with the long-term direction of the business.
*Managing HR metrics to report to HRD in respect of HR planning and management reporting.
*Support HRD in on-going employee performance, engagement, appraisals and goal setting. Coo
*Support HRD in annual salary, compensation review and promotion planning process
*Day to day management of HR Operations.
Skills and Experience
*Proven generalist HR experience, including employment law, compensation and benefits, organisational planning and development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
*Ideally CIPD (or equivalent) full or part-qualified
*Prior experience of co-ordinating and project managing a wide variety of HR activities in a multiple stakeholder environment
*Solid interpersonal, coaching and negotiating skills. Must be approachable and able to flex approach in relation to stakeholder needs.
*High level of emotional intelligence.
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to strategically solve problems.
*Proven hands on approach with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
