HR Manager - (£29,518 - £30,307 inclusive)
We are looking to recruit a HR Manager who will develop and provide an integrated HR service that supports sustainable outcomes for staff, managers and service users.
Operational leadership is a key requirement necessary to achieve real success in this role. The HR Manager will form part of a Senior Team you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of Vibrance. You will motivate and inspire your direct reports and build effective partnerships with others across Vibrance, external stakeholders and local communities. Above all, you will be committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
