SF Group are currently recruiting an HR Manager for a large national construction company looking to add to their team. The role has a national remit where you will manage your diary and have the option of working from home or any of the sites. Its a fast-pace, energetic environment where you will exchange career development for hard work.
The role has a great blend between operational and strategic HR requiring someone to be forward-thinking and an out of the box thinker. Someone with ideas who wants to initiate and implement change within an organisation. A candidate who has a great passion for HR and wants to be able to have a direct and visible impact on day-to-day business running.
The ideal candidate will come from a construction, logistics or warehousing environment with previous management/coaching experience and the ability to communication with colleagues of all levels. The role is a fully national role and so will require you to travel to locations when required. This is supported by either a car or a car allowance to help support the travel.
