You will work closely with the Head of HR, to support all aspects of both the operational and strategic plans. In particular you will lead on training & development, as well as maintenance of employee database making sure information is fit for purpose.
You will work with the Head of HR on ER matters that arise, as well as regulations such as GDPR and SMCR.
You will support the Head of HR in regards to recruitment from start to finish. You will also be in involved with areas such as performance and reward.
The nature of the role and size of business means that the role will be very broad and very hands on. It will also be involved in the higher level strategic HR projects the business undertakes. Exposure to both would be an advantage.
Experience within Financial services or similar professional services enviroment (Legal, consultancy) would be desirable.
