Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Bow, London
MUST HAVES; 3 years HR experience in a 360 role ( in particular employee relations)
Our Client who are a very well established business in the medical industry require an experienced, competent HR Manager to take full responsibility for the companies entire HR function at regional sites with the support of a HR business partner based at their head office.
This dynamic successful business is in the process of rapidly expanding so previous experience within a similar environment would be highly beneficial.
If you are a generalist HR professional who is well organised can demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and can confidently work independently using own initiative then this is certainly the role for you!
Provide excellent HR advice and support to line managers and employees.
Add value to the business through the delivery of HR initiatives.
Demonstrate experience in remuneration management, policy development, employee related systems, absence management and recording, training and performance management.
Recruitment and selection of new staff.
Conscientious and assertive with excellent leadership qualities
Ability to effectively manage and delegate.
Excellent communication skills at all levels including good written communication and verbal reasoning skills.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Can coach, mentor and inspire staff towards fulfilling their potential.
The ability to relate credibly to company personnel at all levels
Natural flair for motivating and inspiring others
3 years generalist HR experience at a similar level
Ability to support a company with over 500 staff
Specialist in Employee Relations
Strong problem solving skills
Can take initiative, and work diligently without supervision.
Talented, sharp and commercially astute.
