Our client based between Cheshunt and Potter Bar in Hertfordshire. Are seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract for maternity cover. You will provide a service that will work with the business at large to ensure that their recruitment needs are best achieved. Using appropriate recruitment databases and records to monitor change, control cost and ensure consistency of process and information flow.
- Working in partnership with the wider HR and Sales Management teams, Operations Manager and hiring managers taking ownership for the search and selection across each of the business's Divisions.
- Act as a point of contract with their outsourced recruitment advertising partner building the relationship to maximise contract.
- Continually source bespoke or specialist routes to market that will best enable the business to gain access to a more targeted candidate pool
- Manage recruitment spend, recording cost and reporting against budget
- Driving Social Media activities to build employer brand and online presence to aid candidate attraction
- Manage and develop a team of 3 Resourcers.
- Manage the Recruitment life cycle and promote the company as an Employer of Choice.
- Coordinate interviews and selection event
- 15% bonus paid on basic salary if target met
